Terraplane Station Emblem

Terraplane Station plays an eclectic mix of original tunes, blues, rock and classic country from a group of guys who have played with each other in various bands. They have been pleasing the Valley for the past three years with an expansive song list that gets the crowd moving.

Meet The Band

  • Larry Polk

    Harp, Vocals
    • Larry Polk

      For over 20 years Larry played with Tony and Steve in the blues band the Desert Sharks. Larry has a strong knowledge of the blues that shows in his singing and harp style.

  • Tony DiGiovine

    Guitar
    • Tony DiGiovine

      Tony tells the jokes in the band. But without a mic, the audience won’t hear them. He plays a mean bass, but in this band he trades guitar licks with Jim.

  • Jim Bolek

    Multi-Instruments, Vocals
    • Jim Bolek

      Toured the Southwest with Jeff in the Americana band Nitpickers. He played bluegrass music with Tony on bass in the band the Roof Rats. With Terraplane Station Jim plays both guitar and steel guitar. He has a solo cd of original songs and won two Ladmo bags as a child.

    Drums
    • Steve DiTullio

      Steve provides some great drumming to keep the music grounded. It is rumored that he does a killer impression of Louis Armstrong.

    Bass, Vocals
    • Jeff Farias

      Jeff provides a deep voice that can growl the blues or howl some country music. He’s played with many, many bands throughout the country. His aluminum upright bass is probably as recognized as he is. He’s also the only guy in the band with a Wikipedia listing.
